"How do I keep making progress after therapy?"

Recovery doesn't end when your plan of care does. Our adaptive fitness classes give you a structured, supportive place to keep building strength, endurance, and confidence, alongside others who understand what you're working toward.

Every class is designed by a board-certified neurologic physical therapist with neurologic conditions in mind, so you can challenge yourself safely at your own level.

Who it's for

"Who are the classes for?"

Classes are built for adults living with neurologic conditions, including:

  • Spinal cord injury
  • Stroke
  • Parkinson's disease
  • Multiple sclerosis
  • Traumatic brain injury
  • Other neurologic conditions

Classes are designed as full-body workouts with many activities in standing. If you're unable to stand, we can adapt standing activities so you can participate seated.

If standing balance is a challenge, a caregiver is welcome to join you and assist with balance.

Current patients, past patients, and new members can all join.
